Benefits List

  • National Teams will be allowed to practice free
  • Use of keep-fit centre and weight training equipments
  • Use of the Conference Room for general meetings and training sessions
  • Affiliates of your association will be allowed to use the facilities at the Gymnasium at a reduced rate
  • Use of the large conference room is currently BDS $500/day -- Affiliate Members pay $175/day
  • Use of the small conference room is currently BDS $300/day -- Affiliate Members pay $100/day

Additional Information

Associations and Affilates are required to provide a list of all persons who they will be authorising to enter the Gymnasium on their behalf.

All organisatons using the dressing rooms will be required by security to sign a condition form before and after using the facilities and any damages will be billed to the appropiate association

All activities wil be schedules in accordance with the availability of the Gymnasium. As you are aware, there are a number of annual cultural events which are staged at the Gymnasium. We propose to give as much preferential assistance as possible to Sporting Organisations provided adequate notice is given.

In order to make the best use of this offer we would insist that organisations make booking arrangements well in advance.
